Before purchasing tickets online, please read the following:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• A service charge of $2.00 PER TICKET applies to all Internet ticket orders. This charge covers our costs of offering this service.
• For season ticket orders, please contact the Box Office.  If you order tickets for all shows online, you will be charged the $2.00 per ticket service fee.  If you order tickets by calling the Box Office, you will be charged a $2.00 per ticket service fee.  The subscriber ticket discount is only available by calling the Box Office; it is not available online.
• Children under the age of 5 WILL NOT be permitted in the theater. This includes infants with parents.
• Northern Stage offers NO REFUNDS at any time, including ticket prices, service charges, class registration fees and other charges.
• We do not cancel performances for weather or any other reason.
• Tickets may be EXCHANGED up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance, for a $3 per ticket fee. Exchanges CANNOT be made online.  For details, please contact the Box Office. Northern Stage cannot resell tickets to third parties.
• Tickets ordered less than ten days before the performance will be held at "Will Call" at the Box Office for pick-up.
• NEW! Please understand that due to safety concerns, we can no longer offer latecomer seating to our shows. Please make arrangements to pick your tickets up at least 5 minutes prior to the published showtime to allow for timely seating. If you know that you will be late to the show, please call the box office and leave a message with your name and number so that we can make alternate arrangements for you.
• Online ticketing is available until 1 hour before show time. To purchase tickets after that time, please call the Box Office.
• Youth tickets are available for those under 16 years of age. Senior tickets are available for those who are 62 years of age or older.
• If you are uncertain whether a show is appropriate for your child, we suggest learning more about the play via Internet resources or your local public library.
